Meet the Doctor
Dr Smith's training and experience:
He is a graduate of the National College of Chiropractic in 1985.
He has practiced in some of the largest chiropractic clinics in the Midwest.
He has been on radio, TV, and has had weekly newspaper articles regarding numerous topics on health or wellness.
He his post graduate education in scoliosis, carpal tunnel syndrome, X-ray diagnosis, auto accident injury/treatment, Spinal Biomechanical Engineering, studing advanced methods of manipulating the spine and excercising muscles for greater improvement of spinal problems.
He was the first certified practitioner of Active Release Techniques (ART) in Ohio. This is an excellent method diagnosing and using deep pressure treatment into muscle and tendon scarring and spasm.
He has taken the three (3) year program by the American Chiropractic Rehabilitation Board which provided some state of the art understanding of rehabilitation, exercise, stretching and movement patterns. It has provided helpful treatments for dizziness or balance problems.
He has recently joined the first forty (40) offices in the United States to have a new program for allergy elimination. This is the most effective treatment for allergies which we know of today.
He has been a chiropractor for the Triathletes at the World Cup Ironman Competition held in Kona, Hawaii. This is where the world's best triathletes meet to compete each year.
He has taken the International Chiropractic Association sponsored course on wellness and is on the ICA Council on Wellness. This is the basis of his in office workshops on wellness.
He has been a co-author with other wellness doctors of the book recently published called, "The World's Best Kept Health Secrets Revealed."
